Our cottage has 5 bedrooms that can host 12 to 16 people. The Main Floor has 3 bedrooms and the Lower Floor has 2 bedrooms.

There are 2 large recreational spaces, one on each floor, and a sauna

Designed with your convenience in mind, our Standard Room provides you with suitable features and amenities for an enjoyable stay at Birch House on Scugog.

Kitchen:

  • Fully equipped kitchen

  • Large Fridge

  • Stove

  • Dishwasher

  • Microwave

  • Toaster

Laundry Room:

  • Washer

  • Dryer

  • Large sink

Main floor:

  • Bedroom 1 provides a king-size bed and a dresser

  • Bedroom 2 provides a queen-size bed and a dresser

  • Bedroom 3 provides 2 queen-size beds, a double-size bunk bed and a dresser

Lower floor:

  • Bedroom 4 provides a king-size bed, a dresser, and a mini kitchen

  • Bedroom 5 provides a double bed and a bunk bed with double-size bed at the bottom and regular size at the top

 

Outside

The large backyard is perfect for any and all outdoor activities

Water activities:

  • 2 kayaks with paddle

  • Canoe with paddle and a safety kit

  • Life jackets are available but we encourage you to bring yours of the right size

  • Fishing off the dock

  • Boat rental is available at the Port Perry Marina

Onshore activities:

  • Firepit with Muskoka chairs

  • Two patio lounge chairs

  • Gazebo with large Hot Tub for 6 people

  • Outdoor furniture

  • Lots of space for other activities, like volleyball, badminton, etc.
